I have been studying D&C 64:33 all week — "Wherefore, be not weary in well-doing." There have been so many moments this week where I felt like giving up on a service project at the food bank. Each time I returned to this verse, I felt renewed strength. My testimony of the Savior's love for each person we served has grown immensely. I know He is aware of our efforts.
The concept of the celestial earth in D&C 63:20 struck me differently today. I've read it dozens of times, but sitting in the temple this morning, the promise of a sanctified earth felt tangible and real. The Lord truly does sanctify all things. What an incredible plan of happiness we've been given.
I've been pondering D&C 65:2 — "the keys of the kingdom of God are committed unto man on earth." What does it mean to you personally that these keys are restored? How has that knowledge changed how you worship or serve? I'd love to hear different perspectives from the community.
My wife and I started our Come Follow Me study together this week and it's completely transformed our marriage. Reading D&C 63:36 about the importance of our covenants brought us both to tears. I bear witness that the restored gospel is true, that Joseph Smith was a prophet, and that the Book of Mormon contains the fullness of the everlasting gospel.
